Digital product
Each Income Builder report is a personalized digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because the full report is unlocked immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are generally considered final.
Manual refund review
We want customers to feel they received fair value. If you believe your report did not match the answers you provided, or you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Each request is reviewed manually by a person.
What we may ask for
To review your request fairly, we may ask for your order email, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We may also ask for feedback on what felt off — this helps us improve the product.
How to request a refund
Send your request to the support email shown on our website. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Not covered
Refunds will generally not be issued where the report has been fully used or downloaded repeatedly, where the request is made well after the review window, or where there is evidence of abuse.
